Based on many clients requests we are proud to announce that we have expanded our human resource group and formed a recruitment service.

During the current unprecedented times of the pandemic we had helped quite a number of clients by providing resources out of our network to fill short term gaps in their organization.

The Aperia network has access to more than 15,000 people at management and executive level whom we know personally. As we also know the clients we work or have worked with we can create a match without much ado.

Navigating through Covid-19

When reading this message we hope that you, your family and your company have not been severely impacted by the Corona Virus.

We have taken several precautions and preparations to manage the enduring pandemic for our employees, their families and our clients. In example, all our employees are working since March 2020 from their home offices.

We invested time and effort to transfer many of our programs and offerings to a virtual setting.

In case that client meetings are unavoidable, we follow the most strict guidelines for the area and location our clients are in. This includes N95 face masks, regular disinfection of equipment and surfaces, social distancing and avoiding of hand shakes. We limit client meetings to 1 per employee per day. Over the last 9 months we participated in more than 30 client meetings without any incident.
