We have taken several precautions and preparations to manage the enduring pandemic for our employees, their families and our clients. In example, all our employees are working since March 2020 from their home offices.
We invested time and effort to transfer many of our programs and offerings to a virtual setting.
In case that client meetings are unavoidable, we follow the most strict guidelines for the area and location our clients are in. This includes N95 face masks, regular disinfection of equipment and surfaces, social distancing and avoiding of hand shakes. We limit client meetings to 1 per employee per day. Over the last 9 months we participated in more than 30 client meetings without any incident.
